Is "fighting" normal in a relationship? Do all couples fight? How often? If so, at what point does "fighting" become unhealthy for a relationship?

I think that is too vague. Mostly it would depend on the people involved and their lifestyles....
All couples fight and or have disagreements. The severity of the fights, what's said during the fights (insults or hurtful comments) and how long the fights last is the thing.
You should always remember that once something is said, that you can never take it back. It's like hammering a nail in a fence. You can take the nail out, but it leaves a hole. That's what saying hurtful comments does.
You should strive to understand each others point of view, not be stubborn and be adult and mature enough to apologize if you are wrong.
If you have an argument, work to resolve it as quickly as you can and limit the damage that fighting causes.
