Greetings all,
I am new to this forum but I was hoping to get some advice on this situation I am in. A few months ago I was seeing this girl who I really really liked and it came to a screaching halt, mainly my fault. I waited a bit long, a couple of months before I realized I needed to apologize for my part. I e-mailed her, as that's about the only way I can communicate with her at this time and I told her I was really sorry and issed her but I did not imply we should try things again simply because I didn't want the e-mail to seem like I was doing this only to get her back. She hasn't replied as of yet and I don't know where things stand. Should I wait a few days, and if she doesn't respond, send another message telling her that I woudl like to try to start things over and see where they go? I just don't want to come across as being too obsessed with her and needy and what not. But I really have strong feelings for her and I hate to see something that could be good go to waste by doing nothing else. Any advice?
Thank you all

When you stated you waited a bit long is that meaning waiting to procceed into a future? From what Igather you both were only dating for a few months at that point. She may move along fast and wanted to settle down but she needs to learn how to compromise with her partner.

You allready emailed her a while back. You can try once more but if she doesn't respond then forget it. I know its tough not knowing the closure or where you stand but if she doesn't reply then you know.

Send her a dozen roses with a simple note that reads, " thinking of you", then just sign your name.

If she doesn't send anything back, wait a week or so and then send a Hallmark card to her house with the same thought line. Thinking of/ missing you.

Those are small, somewhat subtle indicators to her that you want to get back together.

After those two things, wait a bit and then write her an email and explain what if anything that you're sorry about and that you'd love to try again.

If no reply after that, then move on, you gave it a shot.
