I really need advice please help. Ill try to make this as short and too the point as I can. I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years. We are 23 years old and still live at home, we are both students also. He has told me in the past that he would like us to move in together when he gets a raise at his job, he’s ready to take our relationship to the next level. About a year ago, a friend of mine split up with her boyfriend and she needed to get an apartment, I told her id go half and half with her. My boyfriend got so mad. I ended up not moving in because of him. He said “if I get more money, I want us to get a place. How can you if your in a lease with her?” so whatever I didn’t move in with her. His parents house is a “mother daughter” house. Which means its one big house with a small on connected to it. His uncle lived there for awhile and now the apartment is empty and my boyfriend wants to move into it. It has its own kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms sounds like an apartment right? He has not asked me to move in with him. I got a little upset since I could have moved out and didn’t because of him. I said evidentnly me and him want different things. He said he was ready to move to the next level……He says “its not my own apartment, its connected to my moms house, they can come in and go as they want”. He is paying her rent, its his own place. So why doesn’t he want me to move in as well? Maybe im wrong but after 4 years, if he really loved me and wanted us to be together, wouldn’t he want me there? There is no lease argreement nothing. If it didn’t work he could just tell me to leave with no drama. Guys I need help. This is such a hard choice I feel like what if im just waisting my time? I love him to death but I have to be fair to myself please help
