it's actually a independent film...called The Motel.
The dvd is out, so you can check it out if you're interested. It's actually about a teenage boy going through his puberty without a father. He lives with his mother and a little sister. The family run a motel for business, and one day, a guy checks in and help the teenage boy to become a man!
