Smoking Steaks

I found a good way to serve up something a little out of the ordinary on those occasions when you want to. Marinate rib eye steaks in sweet Teriyaki sauce overnight. The next day, slow smoke them with hickory chips. Turns out damn good.

I usually serve typical steak side dishes with it; asparagus, mashed potatoes and gravy.
