Okay, last year I was best friends with this girl at school. She and I went everywhere together and did everything together. I loved her deep in my heart, but I know she never thought that way about me. Anyway, this year she has changed completely. Last year her whole world revolved around me. This year, she has this other friend of hers that she does everything with. She doesn't pay any attention to me anymore. She doesn't even say hi to me in the morning. I tried to get as many classes with her as possible, and now I've discovered that she's mad at me!! She and this friend of hers speak French and I don't. So whenever she wants to say something that she doesn't want me to know, she just says it in French. I find this very offending. So, I said a few very mean things about the French because I was in a bad mood. Now, she finds what I said to be offending, so she won't talk to me anymore. I have apologized to her, but she doesn't even care. I'm really sorry and want more than anything else, to be her friend again. Why can't she have two friends? Why does she have to "out with the old, in with the new"? She has traded me in for her French friend. I'm British and find some of the things she has said about the British to be offending, but I've forgiven her and apologized to her. How do I win her over again? I don't want to be her boyfriend or anything, just her friend. I do feel heavily for her, but I don't know how to express it without her thinking I'm in love with her. Whatever I do, I just don't want her to be mad at me. How do you say "I'm sorry" to a girl that won't forgive you? Can anyone please help me?!? Are there any girls out there that might know what she might be going through? Please respond if you have ANYTHING to contribute! Thank you for your help!
