i am single again and it sux but i've been outta the swing of things for Quite sometime and i dont know what the first step is to even start looking again for someelse to be with Can anyone give advice

yea i know that hello is a good start it's just after hello its hard for me to start a conversation cause im afraid to be rejected anymore than i already have

Sometimes it's easier to meet someone through friends. A casual social setting is best. Try the stare and flirt for fun. If she looks away, stare at someone else. You will catch someones eye sooner or later. :)

You can go to a gym or try some of these more indepth dating services if you're looking for someone for a LTR.

Don't be afraid of rejection as a reason to not approach anyone. Approach as many as you can. And go after the best looking ones too. Shoot for a 10 and get a 9.

If you are scared of rejuction and dont face that fear then you lose out. If you further talk to a girl then you can win or lose. To me the best option looks to be as taking a risk...What do you think?
