Hi again, I posted a while ago about my "partner" of 8 years, whom I don't live with (his financial reasons) and who won't let me see his daughter from a previous relationship, or his parents or family. These factors combined really get to me - the feeling of rejection and not being involved in his life is quite immense. I spend a lot of time alone, waiting. I'm finding it hard to break up with him though because he swears, continually, that I'm his soul mate and there's no one else he cares for more and that he loves and adores me etc, etc. and there's flowers and chocolates and weekends away and gifts and it's all very romantic but I just want a normal relationship.
