baby's father kicks us out of home with cops

Plain and simple, can anyone explain me what kind of man kicks out of their home - at midnight - with cops - his own baby daughter (4 months then), baby's mother (me) and eldest daughter (14, not his but mine)?

I am very hurt, trying to understand somehow after 3 months and still "homeless" because of him. Any opinions or Advice will be of great help. Any.

Sounds like the relationship had turned really bad, so bad in fact that he had no choice but to do it. Don't know the facts but he probably wanted you out before but you wouldn't comply. As for the cops telling you to leave, they would only do that if there was violence or the threat of. Whatever the reason was, and I won't really know why because I haven't heard his side of the story, there is no sense in worry about that now. You need to get him for child support and start getting your life back together.

There are women's shelters for you to stay at. They have counselors, and resources to get you a place to live, provide you with clothing, and some financial support.
