My grilfriend of 1year and 9 months told me this past friday that she could do this anymore. We have been on and off but the reason was for this is that the time before this when we broke up I said some very hurtful things and she did as well and that she had lost some love and respect for me aka I really hurt her also she said that she she dont feel the love like she use to. Now she said she still loves me but she needs time. I asked her can the break be exclusive meaning that we dont date she said no. I love this girl and want to marry her she is all I need and all I ever wanted. Now I am not going to lie it was my fault because I guess I just got comfortable with the situation and how this was going and kept them that way. Now we have a son that is 8months old. An this is long distance but only until we had decided where we want to live we did live together but she had to go home for family reason her moms had cancer but everthing was cool with that situation and she was comming back like planned. I am going crazy with out her Im in the no contact faze which I have broken because it is so hard but now I am in in for sure no contact at all for 2 days now. Is there a chance of us getiing back together. I need advice and answer please help me. Everytime the phone rings I look quickly hoping that it is her but its not my my heart is destroyed
and yes I did cry but I think Im over the crying faze now. Someone help me.

Its tough being in this position however she needs time to think things through.

Just do your best to remember how you met her and what it was that she was attracted to when you were initially dating. This just happened to me 2-3 weeks ago in a 5 month relationship and the best way to deal with it is to wait a week and write her a short hand written note stating
1.that you agree with the break up, stating you agree with it totally now you have had some time to reflect (even if you don't)
2.appoligise breifly for the things you did wrong, name calling excetera(a sentance or 2 no more)
3.Tell her something interesting has happened to you and that you will tell her about it some time (something inventive if you can but make sure you know what your going to talk about when you state this in the letter because she will want to know what it is and you will need to talk to her about it)
4. Tell her that you hape you can be civil because their is a child involved (state for the childs sake , which it is but it is also in your interest) and that you hope at some point you can be friends.
This will create intrigue again and show her you are capable of functioning independant of her. You said that you got too comfortable and that is the trap i also fell into. Only really making time for her not my friends low interest in everything except her and girls pick up on these kind of things and reject men when they are no longer interesting and exciting. Most importantly learn to be ok with the break up dont just say it. It's tough but its the best way to get her attention if she knows your not pining for her and are indepentdant(like you were when you first met) She will be more interested in you because she will feel she doesn't have you anymore.
I'm not selling affiliated with any site i have however picked up some of this advice from seeing video's on you tube which may be of use if you want to see them i will post links if you ask for them.
Best of luck and stay strong

For me, i also had to keep in mind that she would only forgive if she really wanted to. Do your best to stay strong, I know how the pain feels, and give her space. (This is something i couldnt do, although my last situation wasnt right, my ex showed me she isnt what i want) But I think IMO its wise to take some, become yourself and know that nature will take its course, whats meant to be, will. Shmooberry said it all already. Just refind you and everything will work out. Best to you.
