We've been going out 4.5 years, both in the second half of our twenties. She loves flirting and the chase, and has experimented more than most college girls a couple of times. I find it pretty hot when she asks if it's OK to go hit on other girls when we're at bars or out drinking with friends - though often the other girls are freaked out or a bit butch for my liking. She says I'm welcome to watch.

We have an awesome relationship and I'm kind of worried that this might mess something up or create issues, maybe rubbing on insecurities. Never been in your shoes but will say most guys will die to be in your position...however now for reality. If you both are not willing to be open together then it will cause issues. You both been together way to long to throw this under now so its best to try to talk to her. She seems to have a ual urge thats not being met and you both should find a common ground together.
