good or bad idea??

hey. hoping some of you would share your thoughts with me on a problem im facing, girlfriend broke up with me so she could travel for two years. i was prepared to have made the effort, to keep the relationship going she wasnt.. over the last 3 months she has been insisting that she still wants to be friends with me and talk to me.. I know she still has feelings for me, and excuse my ignorance here, i just need to know weather or not us been friends would put a future relationship out the window??

Im sorry to have to say this but if she's travelling she will make new friends and may even meet men, and she may change her ways and have different interests in men. However he going travelling may open her eyes to who you actually are and how much she does want to be with you. I would let her get on with her travelling and let her get in contact with you first.
