Any Smokey Robinson Fans?

Anyone else here like Smokey Robinson's music? I almost feel foolish asking that question....he has such an amazing collection of music. I got a copy of his new release My World: The Definitive Collection from work at universal. It has some of his best songs....I LOVE IT! I love motown music...there's nothing like it. Smokey has sooo many oldie hits. I didn't even realize some of my favorites were his until I heard this new cd of his. Now that I have it I don't think I'll be needing to get an oldies compilation disc.

Smokey actually owns Motown Records now.......so he is getting lots of money from fellow Soulsters songs including The Four Tops Supremes and Stevie Wonder.
Smokeys songs have always been widely released so most people will have some in their collection His collaberation with the Miracles in the seventies also spawned some greats..........never made a bad song !!

I always loved Smokey Robinson in the Miracles and during the early-mid 80's with his love jams. :)
