Personally, no, but it depends on the situation. She brought a child into this world and that should be her #1 priority.

You need to realize that he is going to always be her top priority as he should be and its really important that you accept that, because from there you can all 3 grow together.

If your Mom had been single would you had wanted her to put a man's interests before yours when you were growing up. How about this - why don't you take the time to really bond with this young man and be a positive role model to him. You will be teaching him a valuable lesson in life and your relationship with surely blossum with his mom for taking the time to CARE ABOUT HER CHILD.
