We've been together for just under 2 years, she is younger than I (she is 23) and still in school. I'm 29 and established in the sense that I am my own boss, own my home, car etc. We've had some good times, lots of laughs and deep conversations. I've felt immense happiness being with this girl.
I love this girl deeply, lately though, I'm getting the feeling that she doesn't love me the way I love her. I get this feeling that she is using me because of what I can provide for her. First of all, she moved into my home almost immediately after we started dating, I pay for everything - groceries, vacations, the mortgage, the cars, and even her tuition.
Lately she has been acting very secretively about her emails and texts. What is most hurting to me though, is that she is having a lot of "sleepovers" with a friend that she met 2 weeks ago. We've talked about this and she swears that its just friendly and that all they do is chat. She keeps telling me that she loves me very much and that she'd never leave me. She keeps saying that I shouldn't be so insecure. She says its refreshing to have a new friend but that I shouldn't worry because I'm the love of her life.
Anyway I don't want to lose someone that I love, but I get the feeling that she is cheating and keeping me around because I support her.
I have no proof that she is cheating. I want her to know that I love her, but I am not to be taken for granted, so I am going to make her pay for her own tuition and stop buying her stuff. I'm considering kicking her out of my house too. Should I give her the benefit of the doubt? Or should I run for the hills? Any thoughts?
