We are in distance relationship. She has the habit of flirting. She is so honest and loves me and shares everything with me. I am upset by her nature to flirt when she makes her open to the guys she flirt. She has not intention to cheat me. How can I make her stop flirting from within ? Or is it just I am being too jealous ?

In a relationship, its important that you should give your partner your 100% trust. If she doesn't have any intention to cheat on you then I guess you're just being jealous.
