how to stop being jealous pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help ???

im stupid............like i know my girlfriend , i trust her , but then why do i get jealous when her ex calls her. like she tells me that hes a friend of her but then why am i still jealous.i think its because he still might like her. and my girl is not the type to just tell someone to stop callin her cuz shes not mean. but she has told him and with me on the line that its better if he dsnt call her as much because thats why he still likes her. and my girl gets mad at me when i get jealous. i wish i wasnt a jealous guy. shes told me that if she were to ever break up with me it would be because of my jealousy. and ive changed little by little. but i hate the fact that you know he still calls her.like i got his number but i wont dare call him cuz if my girl finds out, shell be like soooo pissed cuz i let my jealousy take control of me. like when im talking to her and he calls her she tells him, "o im talking to my boyfriend bye". that should be enough to calm me down, but im like mad at the fact that he called .

He may still like her but all she is doing is carrying a friendship with him. You need to except this or your gonna allow your insecurities ruining the relationship. She has allready showed anger towards your reactions and that alone should be a wake-up call on your behalf.

Her mom is very strict and I don't think she would be dumb enough to go behind two people's back.....it would be hard for her to accomplish that. :rolleyes:

Yeah- think about it. It is really hard to end a relationship and never talk to the person again. There are bonds that form over time, and one of them is friendship. If he feels down or whatever, he wants to hear that old familiar voice to help him feel better.

Take solace in the fact that he may still like her but you're the one that she's with.

If you have his number then give him a call and tell him that if he doesn't stop calling your Gf that you'll kick his ass. Tell him to get a life, move on and stop calling.
