Many people act like Michael Jackson is a saint who would never lie about anything, but he denied for years that he had any plastic surgery. Sounds like a lie. He said in the famous 60 Minutes interview that the cops hurt his shoulders when he was arrested and he couldn't lift his arms, but he clearly did lift at least one arm during the interview and he also waved and gave the peace sign days before. Looks like a lie. Michael said in that same interview that there was "doo-doo" on the floor, walls, and ceiling of the restroom he used and that he was locked in there for 45 minutes, but that doesn't make any sense if you've seen news footage of the inside of the place and understand that Michael was only there for about an hour. Smells like a lie.

If a man you don't know moved in down the street from you and wanted to 'innocently' sleep with certain young boys in your neighborhood, including your own 13 year old son, I bet you would think that something strange was going on. It doesn't matter if he seems to be the nicest, most childlike, most innocent guy in the world, it's not appropriate. You may ask, "but what if he didn't have a normal childhood, what if he slept in the same bed with his brothers his whole life, what if he was mentally and physically abused from an early age by controlling parents?" No matter what excuse you give, it's not a good idea. Common sense should tell you that it's inappropriate and very strange for a grown man to spend so much time trying to entice little boys into his bedroom. If Michael was mentally handicapped and had the mind of a 5 year old boy in an adult body, it would still be inappropriate.

Would he LIE? Let's not forget........He's only had his nose "done" one time. Nothing else.

I strongly suspect he's going to get nailed for several of the counts and guess what......In a few months.....he's not going to be the only one grabbing his crotch!
GUILTY

I have no idea if he's guilty or not. I'm not a Michael Jackson fan, but I'm not a Michael Jackson hater either. I guess I'm neutral. I haven't followed this story at all, except what you can't avoid hearing on the radio and what not.

But if it is true, I hope he gets charged and punished. That's awful.

Do you know how long it will be before they come to a verdict?

Isn't it ironic that he is on trial for the same charges

I guess we won't know till we know....

Do you get a sixth sense about people? I do!!! I think he is guilty! Lucky for him we live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty!!

I don't know. I would love to be on the jury and hear and see all the evidence.
BUT why would parents let their child go hang out with him...... I don't care who he is....no way in hell would I let either of my boys go spend the night with him/ (or anyone else I didn't know) without my supervision.

How do you know when Michael Jackson has a hot date?

There's a tricycle parked in front of his mansion.

This site has the grang jury transcripts. You should read them. It will turn your stomach! Also a lot more. Based on what I read and the fact he meets the classic profile of a pederaster, I think he's 100% GUILTY.

Michael Jaskson is found "not guilty" once again. How many times is he gonna have to go to court for cases like this  It really shows that money does talk when you are dealing with the law. Good examples to this would be the OJ Simpson & Robert Blake cases.

I would be willing to bet that if I was in Micheal's position and didn't have his money I would be locked up the first day the case goes to trial......

Sorry for the rant but famous people can piss me off sometimes

Michael Jackson cleared of all charges:

SANTA MARIA, California - Pop superstar Michael Jackson was cleared of all charges on Monday, including child abuse, ending a bitter four-month trial that could have sent him to prison for nearly 20 years.

Fans outside the courtroom in central California hugged each other and set free white doves as the jury cleared the pop star on four counts of child molestation, one count of attempted molestation, four charges of giving alcohol to a minor and one charge of conspiracy to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.

Jackson, 46, a self-styled Peter Pan who had strenuously denied guilt on all 10 counts but did not take the stand in his own defense, dabbed at his eyes with a tissue as the verdict was read to a tense courtroom in Santa Maria, California.

Jackson hugged his lawyers after the verdicts exonerating him were read out. "Mr. Jackson, your bail is exonerated and you are released," Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville said.

The "King of Pop" looked stunned and gaunt as he left the courthouse accompanied by members of his family. He briefly held up his hand and blew a kiss at waiting fans as he made a hasty exit into his motorcade without saying a word.

Jackson's defense team also left the court without speaking to the media which had gathered outside from around the world.

The jury of eight women and four men deliberated for seven days before acquitting Jackson, a former child star who released the best selling pop album of all time in "Thriller." They had to consider testimony by 140 witnesses and some 600 items of evidence.

Accuser’s testimony central to case

The case against Jackson was sparked by a controversial 2003 television documentary in which the singer was shown holding hands with his accuser and defended his practice of sharing a bed with young boys.

The prosecution case rested heavily on Jackson's accuser -- a now 15-year-old high school student who testified under oath that the pop icon molested him at least twice after nights of heavy drinking at Jackson's Neverland estate.

The prosecution was also allowed to bring in testimony from a number of young men who claimed they had been molested by Jackson when they were boys.

Prosecutor Tom Sneddon, who has been vilified by Jackson's supporters for what they see as a 10-year vendetta against the moonwalking entertainer, defended the decision to charge Jackson; "We did the right thing for the right reasons," he told a news conference.

"My past history with Mr. Jackson had absolutely, unequivocally nothing to do with the present case," he said.

Defense attorneys argued that the boy had invented the molestation at the urging of his mother -- who they portrayed as a grifter who targeted celebrities.

Jackson's defense team called on one of the singer's best-known young friends -- "Home Alone" star Macaulay Culkin -- who testified that the charges were ridiculous.

A brief statement released by the jurors said they had "thoroughly and meticulously" studied the evidence in the case and asked the media to respect their privacy.

Civil rights activist Rev. Jesse Jackson, who has advised the pop star through the case, said the trial had been "an excruciating process," adding that Jackson had been "tried and convicted in the newsroom."

But Jesse Jackson added: "Michael must assess the implications of the conduct that got him into trouble."

A posting on Michael Jackson's Web site, www.mjjsource.com, showed a hand giving the V for victory sign and "innocent" as the words "The truth runs marathons," scrolled across the screen.

Here's the story if anyone hasn't read it yet.

An ordinary man would have been convicted in two weeks on a tenth of the evidence.

He shouldn't be hurting for money though. He bought the rights to the Beatles music some time ago. Paul MaCartney was about to do that, Jackson heard about the situation and bought the rights to the music before MaCartney did. That should tell people that Jackson ain't right. Paul thought he was a friend before that.

comes to show that if you have money you can get off on any charge thrown your way!
Money talks and it sure helps get you out of jail!
I personally think MJ is a freak.
Only a freak would alter his face in the manner he did!

I went to that website. What Grand Jury transcripts? All I saw was articles written by the Smoking Gun website.

Also, from what I have learned, the mother of the boy, is a money-hungry person who has a history of taking advantage of those with money.

I heard people saying on the news that he may have been guilty but this lady and boy weren't the ones to prove it. I think it was a jurer that said that. I think he's a freak too. It's sad I think, how fame and fortune turned him into a freak!

That whole family is screwed up. MJ had a twisted childhood, but he still does. All that money resulted in his being a 46 year old child. Anyway, he was screwed up because of his dad before the family got famous.
