Yeah I like Billy :D and pink floyd... and a few others. We went to Atlanta for the 4th at centenial park and they had some guys from different groups they were great, the drummer was from iron butterfly and with my poor little forgetful brain I can't remember the other guys but they played IN-A-GADDA-DA-VIDA and the drum solo was Sooooo good! I loved it. Anyway we all had a good time. My son came home and started strummin away on his guitar. I think he was inspired :D

Thats right, you live outside of Atlanta. I went to GA with my GF last week & atlanta is such a Beautiful city. I stayed in Lawrenceville durning my stay. We went to the 6 flags and Stone Mountain. I really loved Stone Mountain.

Do you have friends or family here? Where are you from?

I live not too far from Stone Mountain. I haven't been there in a long time. We used to have a season pass to there and 6 flags but money has been tight for a few yrs. 6 flags a pretty good drive from here but it was nice to have a season pass for the kids. I still might check into a season pass for Stone Mountain again in the near future ;)

I liked 6 flags but I am not much of a heights person so my fun was limited to only a few rides. We also visited the mall of GA and did some shopping. In Atlanta, we went to the coke factory, Braves game, & CNN building.

Overall, we had fun and I told her that I want to go back someday.

I'm not much for six flags either :) I can't handle all the up hill walking! I know I couldn't handle it now, my legs just would give out. I don't like fast rides I got talked into the roller coaster one time it was so bad. I was in a head on collision and that really ruined me for fast rides ;) I will never go on those things again. YIKES! I don't like to deal with drama in my life so I have really one good friend and we have been friends since we were 6 yrs old. she is about 4 hours away. Yep Hilton Head SC. and don't be sorry you brought it up :) I am going back into my fantacy land for awhile. ;) I will deal with the rest later. I mean we do get along now but I won't argue with him so that is why. I'm not a wimp though and he knows it. Actually this just came up recently. You know when things are a bit different with your spouse. It could be just an online affair going on but I don't know. So are you and your husband alright now? I want someone I can trust, that is my problem I guess.

This all just blew up over the 4th of July weekend...so it is still fresh and being discussed on and off....but we agreed to work through our problems and move on. So yes I guess you could say we are OK now.

Trust is the most important issue. It is something I worked hard to gain again for my husband. I know that in all honesty I have been with my husband for a long time, most if not all the past years there were lies...I know when I open up this can of worms if I am honest with myself, I will not stay (if I find what I think to be truth) I am not sure where I will go and I know at least one child my daughter will not go with me. We are real close but she is going to be a senior this year and she does not want to move.

Then I think of my youngest and the thought of breaking her heart breaks mine. Who knows maybe they will all stay with him, that could be better for them. I am still in hopes that what I think is wrong and nothing is going on. I am too tired to deal with anymore. I do know he loves me, but that isn't enough for me. I'm too damn old for this. Now I really got to get my mind off of this. SaLly I wish you the best, I hope you both can work things out. I think life works best when we are wanting to please each other. When the focus isn't just on our own selfish disires but on our mates too! It can be good I know that.

My weekend was pretty good but DAMN HOT! :eek:
Spent the day with Robin.We went to Friendly's for lunch then I went to fill out some job applications later.

I'm really excited. We originally had to cancel our vacation due to the hubby and friend thing, since our plans were with the ex-friend and her hubby. BUT we rebooked our own beach vacation just US. I don't know about that eightball ;) But it is good for SalLy. I'm too old for all that wild crazy break my heart kind of thing. Making up can be fun for awhile, there comes that time when you settle back in and that is when the commitment or lack there of comes into focus. I am happy for you Sally I hope you and your hubby continue to grow closer, don't let the comunication between the two of you get lost in the shuffle of daily life. It is easy to let it go, it is hard to get it back again.

Hi! My weekend was fabulous! My hubby and i had the best time at the concert Saturday. We got along great and had so much fun. i really feel a lot better about our relationship, knowing we got along so well....things seem to be going good for us. I wasn't feeling too great Sunday morning as we consumed a bit of alcohol on Saturday. :rolleyes: I didn't get my butt out of bed until about 2pm. :eek: Well I attempted to get up earlier and hubby made breakfast....BUT i took one bite and had to go lay down.....

Saturday I went with Robin and her friends to see a concert in a park that featured Evelyn Champagne King,Martha Wash and CeCe Penniston.I was dancing with Robin and boy,did I feel so good.It was a very nice night to end a good night.

Totally awesome! A big storm came through right before the game. We luckily were already in the stadium and our tickets were in the club section so we sat it out in the nice air conditioned club area. The game was delayed in starting about an hour because of the storm--- lots of lightening. :eek: Then it cleared up and was fabulous for the game. The kids behaved and we all had a great time! Oh and the Steelers won! :)

Listen to this...she sent another coworker of ours a bouquet of cookies. The girl who got them came to me and was like "what the hell?" She had no idea why the would send her those. OMG- it is hilarious. The is psycho. I think she is getting desperate for friends...... It made me chuckle.....at least everyone here knows she a psychopath!

I am so happy it's Friday. My friends girlfriend is turning 19 today (legal drinking age in Canada), so we are going out to celebrate with her tonight!

Probably going to Kareokee. I had my first experience with singing at a Kareokee place last weekend. IT WAS SO FUN!
